Turkey's Foreign Paedophiles 

A group of foreign nationals whose real names and ages kept a secret by Turkish officials, uploaded several videos of little kids to the social media sites.

Batuhan Çolak, who uses the social media incl TikTok, was first to discover something was awfully wrong with the content which had been uploaded by a Tik Tok user, namely Shafkat Ali, who came to Turkey by illegal means like millions of others.

Turkey's border and nationality policy is often mocked by the foreign nationals. Only after several complaints to the local authorities, the illegal nationals are brought to the police stations on rare occasions, and then released back to the society a couple of hours later: 

To date, no illegal national has ever been officially deported from the country although local authorities time to time release video footages of young, healthy, strong foreign nationals leaving the police stations under custody. The Turkish Gov has never confirmed the numbers of crimes committed by foreign nationals. It is a mystery how many millions have illegally crossed the borders and currently residing in the country. The presence of such foreign nationals in country is  perceived as a threat by the overwhelming majority in Turkey.
